Creating Space with Children and Young People
We provide the processes to build quality relationships between teachers and students, between school staff and between students that enable dynamic, engaging and safe learning environments across your school. Our strength-based conversational processes for children and young people, will improve their health and wellbeing and will enhance individual school and teaching staff’s capacity to address the complex challenges they, and their students are experiencing.
Create Space will provide schools with:

Teaching resources and staff professional development: To support the implementation of strength-based conversational processes in your school;
Ongoing staff coaching and support: Facilitate a staff development plan with facilitated reflective practice sessions to support staff’s ongoing skills development;
School leadership coaching and support: Mentoring to sustain and embed these processes for staff and within classrooms;
Behaviour change mapping/documentation: measuring attendance rates, behavioural shifts, teacher approval rates, and student achievement outcomes.
