Our work is grounded in 80,000 years of knowledge and experiences of Australia's First People, specifically the 'Tjimpa' and Mithaka peoples' Engoori process.
The foundations of our work are deeply influenced by
• community-led processes (CIET, Andersson)
• organisational culture and leadership (Schein)
• complex challenges (Stacey)
• gender theorists and researchers, with specific reference to violence-supportive constructs of power, gender and sexuality (Flood, Fergus and Heenan, 2009).
